ESH were contracted to maintain +55°C on various sized HWS flow pipework on the buildings second floor. 180m of H2OWAT55 was supplied and installed.

Before this new store could open, ESH supplied materials and labour to install and commission the trace heating system to maintain the DHWS pipework at +55°C.

Drayton House - Stourbridge
ESH were contracted to upgrade the existing leak detection control panel to a 20 zone unit and return to site to re-terminate the 16 zones and install 4 new zones monitoring oil detectors, located under the oil feed pipe line and around the final connection to the boiler.

Walsall Manor Hospital 
Our third job within Walsall Manor involved supplying and installing a trace heating system to maintain 55m of DHWS pipework at +55°C in an ambient of +18°C.

The project scope was to supply materials and labour to install and commission the trace heating system. Then leg and clad the hopper & associated pipework in order to maintain +60°C.

The Institute Of Advanced Technology - Oxford
Here at this University of Oxford building , ESH supplied and installed trace heating to frost protect the roof mounted pipework. The pipework included 280m of domestic HWS, CWS and CHW services pipe.

Walsall Manor Hospital 
For this project ESH supplied materials and labour to install and commission the trace heating system to maintain the DHWS pipework at +55°C, together with a temperature controller to purge the system once a week a +65°C. This project required 400m of type H2OWAT65 self limiting heating tape.
