HSBC National Data Centre - Bootle
The scope of this project was to design, supply, install and commission a leak detection system to monitor the flow and return chilled water pipework within the floor void of the data hall in phase 3 building. Also within the phase 3 building ESH were contracted to frost protect 63m of foam suppression pipework.

Another large order from this American communications giant. ESH supplied and designed 96 x 3.7 dish heater panels heater panels designed to fit to the rear of Satellite Receiving Dish Aerials to prevent ice formation.

Reckitt Beckniser Ltd - Derby
To supply and install 240 volt trace heating to temperature maintain pipework and a tank at +30°C. Section one comprised of one tank plus the associated pipework, all in a safe area - Section two comprised of pipework only associated with another tank, which was situated in a Zone 1 Temperature Class T3 Gas Group 2B.

Liquid Plastics Ltd - Preston
ESH designed, supplied and installed trace heating and thermal insulation to pipework in order to heat up and maintain +110°C. The system was designed to heat up the liquid plastic from +20°C to +100°C in between 6-7 hours.
