For this our second project within the Data Centre, ESH designed, supplied and installed a Aqualarm leak detection system, based on perimeter sensing, covering AC units and condensate pipework crossing the Comms room.

Lane Shaw WWTW - Colne 
ESH supplied and installed 300m of type FBTBOJ self regulating heating tape to various plant areas.

Reckitt Beckniser Ltd - Derby
For our second project here, ESH supplied materials and labour to install a trace heating system to maintain a temperature of +30°C on two steel vessels. Each vessel was 2.75m Ø and 7.1m tall overall, resting on legs.

Avonmouth WWTW
Supplied and installed frost protection trace heating to steel, stainless and plastic pipework in the following areas: 

• 170m of digester feed pipework
• 80m of stainless/ductile pipework from tank to gravity feed thickener units
• 49m of plastic pipework to GFT units
• 65m of sludge feed pipes to 3 mono pumps
• 137m of washwater pipe from pump area to GFT area
• 50m of hydrant washwater pipework
• 12m of galvanised drain pipework

Paradise Street Site 13 - Liverpool
Supplied and installed trace heating to provide frost protection to 110m of 22mm Ø copper pipework.

Supplied materials and labour to install a trace heating system to provide frost protection to exposed chilled water pipework in the following areas: 

• Hall One pipework - 81m
• Compound A pipework - 310m
• Gantry B pipework - 708m

Craven Swimming Pool - Skipton
Supplied materials and labour to install and commission the trace heating system to provide frost protection on the external heating pipework.
