For this tasty project, ESH supplied and installed trace heating to temperature maintain the DHWS at +55°C and also frost protected the CHWS and LTHW pipework. Areas of work to comprise the roof, three risers, toilets and lower ground.

Disc Chicksnads STW - Shefford 
The project scope here was to supply and install trace heating and thermal insulation to frost protect the following fittings -

• Humus pumping station

Scottish Gas - Edinburgh
Supplied materials and labour to install and commission a trace heating system to provide frost protection to the external chilled water pipework on the buildings roof.

Portosilo Ltd - Huntington
Designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to maintain a temperature of 30°C on both a 1 off screw conveyor tube (fully round) 150mm dia x 7.2m long and a 1 off drop chute 150mm dia x 3m long.

Cerform Ltd - Northampton
The project scope was to supply and install trace heating to temperature maintain 228m of 3" stainless steel Emulsion pipework at +40°C and to frost protect 25m of 2" water pipework.

M&S Store - Eagle Centre Derby
ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect the roof mounted CHW, heating and cold water pipework. 360m of pipework in total.

ASDA Distribution Centre - Washington 
Supplied our type VC constant wattage tape to provide frost protection.
